Such means of electronic delivery may include the delivery of a link to a Company intranet or the Internet site of a third party involved in administering the Plan, the delivery of the document via electronic mail or other such means of electronic delivery specified by the Company. The Employee may receive from the Company a paper copy of any documents delivered electronically at no cost to the Employee by contacting the Company in writing in accordance with [Section 21(l)]. If the attempted electronic delivery of any document fails, the Employee will be provided with a paper copy of such document. In lieu of receiving documents in paper format, the Grantee agrees, to the fullest extent permitted by law, to accept electronic delivery of any documents that the Company may be required to deliver (including, but not limited to, the Plan, prospectuses, prospectus supplements, grant or award notifications and agreements, account statements, annual and quarterly reports, and all other agreements, forms, notices and other communications) in connection with this and any other prior or future incentive award or program made or offered by the Company or its predecessors or successors. Electronic delivery of a document to the Grantee may be made via a Company e-mail system, by reference to a location on a Company intranet site to which the Grantee has access, or by a website maintained by a third party engaged to provide administrative services related to the Plan.

Electronic Delivery. Grantee hereby consents and agrees to electronic delivery of any documents that the Company may elect to deliver (including, but not limited to, the Plan document, Plan Summary and Prospectus, grant or award notifications, account statements, annual and quarterly reports, and all other forms of communications) in connection with this and any other award made or offered under the Plan. Grantee has the right at any time to request that the Company deliver written copies of any and all materials referred to above at no charge. Grantee also hereby consents to any and all procedures the Company has established or may establish for an electronic signature system for delivery and acceptance of any such documents that the Company may elect to deliver and agrees that Grantee’s electronic response or signature is the same as, and shall have the same force and effect as, Grantee’s manual signature.

Electronic Delivery of Documents. By your signing this Agreement, you # consent to the electronic delivery of this Agreement, all information with respect to the Plan and the Award Shares and any reports of the Company provided generally to the Company’s stockholders; # acknowledge that you may receive from the Company a paper copy of any documents delivered electronically at no cost to you by contacting the Company by telephone or in writing; # further acknowledge that you may revoke your consent to the electronic delivery of documents at any time by notifying the Company of such revoked consent by telephone, postal service or electronic mail; and # further acknowledge that you understand that you are not required to consent to electronic delivery of documents.

The Company may, in its sole discretion, decide to deliver any documents related to the Award and participation in the Plan or future Awards that may be awarded under the Plan by electronic means or to request the Eligible Individual’s consent to participate in the Plan by electronic means. The Eligible Individual hereby consents to receive such documents by electronic delivery and, if requested, to agree to participate in the Plan through an on-line or electronic system established and maintained by the Company or another third party designated by the Company.

Section # Electronic Delivery. The Company may, in its sole discretion, deliver any documents related to current or future participation in the Plan by electronic means. By accepting this Agreement, Participant consents to receive such documents by electronic delivery and to participate in the Plan through an on-line or electronic system established and maintained by the Company or a third party designated by the Company.
