Indebtedness outstanding on the Closing Date and listed on [Schedule 7.2(e)] and any refinancings, refundings, renewals or extensions thereof (without any increase in the principal amount thereof);

Indebtedness outstanding or committed to be incurred on the Closing Date and listed on [Schedule 7.03] and any Permitted Refinancing thereof (or successive Permitted Refinancings thereof);

Indebtedness outstanding on the Closing Date and listed on Schedule ‎6.01(b);

Indebtedness outstanding on the Closing Date and listed on [Schedule 7.4(b)] and a Permitted Refinancing thereof;

Indebtedness under the Loan Documents; # Indebtedness outstanding on the Closing Date and listed on [Schedule 7.03] and any Permitted Refinancing Indebtedness in respect thereof;

Indebtedness (including, without limitation, credit lines) outstanding on the Closing Date and listed on [Schedule 8.02] and any Permitted Refinancing Indebtedness incurred to refinance such Indebtedness;

the Indebtedness in existence on the Closing Date and identified in [Schedule 7.04], and any refinancing, extension, renewal or refunding of any such Indebtedness not involving an increase in the principal amount thereof;

Indebtedness existing on the Closing Date and listed on [Schedule 9.1], and the renewal, refinancing, extension and replacement (but not the increase in the aggregate principal amount) thereof;
