Employee agrees that any notices that are required to be given under this Agreement shall be given in writing, sent by certified mail, return receipt requested, to the principal place of business of the Employer or mailing address of the Employee as set forth herein.

Notices. Any notice required or permitted to be provided under this Agreement shall be deemed properly furnished if in writing and if mailed by registered or certified mail, postage prepaid with return receipt requested, to the Employee at his residence and to the Company at its offices.

Notices. Any notice required or permitted to be given under the terms of this Agreement shall be sufficient if in writing and if sent postage prepaid by registered or certified mail, return receipt requested; by overnight delivery; by courier; or by confirmed telecopy, in the case of the Employee to the Employee 's last place of business or residence as shown on the records of the Company, or in the case of the Company to its principal office as set forth in the first paragraph of this Agreement, or at such other place as it may designate.

General. Notices and all other communications contemplated by this Agreement shall be in writing and shall be deemed to have been duly given when personally delivered or when mailed by U.S. registered or certified mail, return receipt requested and postage prepaid. In the case of the Employee, mailed notices shall be addressed to the Employee at the home address that the Employee most recently communicated to the Company in writing. In the case of the Company, mailed notices shall be addressed to its corporate headquarters, and all notices shall be directed to the attention of its Chief Executive Officer or principal human resources person.

Any such notice shall be deemed to have been given on the day delivered, if personally delivered, or on the third day after the date or mailing if mailed.

Notices. All notices hereunder shall be in writing and shall be deemed given when sent by certified or registered mail, postage prepaid, return receipt requested, if to the Employee, to the address set forth below or at the address shown on the records of [[Organization A:Organization]], and if to [[Organization A:Organization]], to [[Organization A:Organization]]’s principal executive offices, attention of the Corporate Secretary.
