Confirmatory Patent License. shall, if requested to do so by , immediately enter into confirmatory license agreements in the form or substantially the form reasonably requested by for purposes of recording the licenses granted under this Agreement with such patent offices in the Territory as considers appropriate. Until the execution of any such confirmatory licenses, so far as may be legally possible and subject to the provisions of [Article 7], and shall have the same rights in respect of the Patents and be under the same obligations to each other in all respects as if the said confirmatory licenses had been executed.

As of the date the last party signs this Agreement and subject to the terms and conditions set forth herein, Seller grants to Buyer a non-exclusive, irrevocable, fully-paid, royalty free, worldwide license under the patents listed on [Appendix 10] attached hereto (the Licensed Patents) and know-how known to Seller as of the date the last party signs this Agreement relating to the subject matter of such patents to # make, use and have made for Buyers own use or the use of Buyers authorized subcontractors and suppliers (which for all purposes herein shall not include [......] or any of its Affiliates), wind turbine blades and apparatus that would infringe any valid claim of the Licensed Patents for the purpose of the fabrication of wind turbine blades, and # in the case of such know-how, to use and to allow Buyers authorized subcontractors and suppliers (which for all purposes herein shall not include [......] or any of its Affiliates) to use such know-how for the purpose of the fabrication of wind turbine blades,, except in all cases for claims related to unitary reusable vacuum bags. Buyer acknowledges that Seller is and shall remain the sole and exclusive owner of the Licensed Patents, that Buyer has no express or implied license to any of Sellers intellectual property beyond that granted in this Agreement and the GEE Purchase Terms, and that the foregoing license imposes no additional obligations on Seller beyond those explicitly stated herein. Buyer acknowledges that Seller need only provide reasonable, limited, and industry-standard support in connection with this license, that Buyer will bear any and all costs relating to the transfer of know-how from Seller to Buyer or Sellers support thereof, and that Seller will have no obligation to provide support to Buyer with respect to the know-how past the expiration of the Licensed Patents.
Denali Patent License. Subject to the research rights already granted by to Third Parties (referenced in [Section 8.1.8]) prior to the Effective Date, and subject to [Section 3.3], hereby grants to Denali an exclusive, sublicensable, royalty-bearing license, under the Licensed Patent Rights, to make, have made, use, sell, offer for sale, and import the Compounds and Licensed Products in the Field in the Territory.
Registration. The parties shall enter into the confirmatory assignments attached to this Agreement at [Schedule 1] for the purpose of recording the assignment of the Patent Rights at relevant patent offices throughout the world.
License. Commencing on the Commencement Date, and so long as The Alexandria and the Project continue to be owned by affiliates of ARE, Tenant shall have the non-exclusive right to the use of the available Amenities in common with other Users pursuant to the terms of this [Section 42]. Tenant shall be entitled to 2.5 passes to the fitness center located at The Alexandria per 1,000 rentable square feet of the Premises for use by employees of Tenant employed at the Premises. If any employee of Tenant to whom a fitness center pass has been issued ceases to be an employee of Tenant at the Premises or any employee to whom an access card (which does not include a fitness center pass) has been issued ceases to be an employee of Tenant at the Premises, Tenant shall immediately upon such employees change in status collect such employees pass or access card, as applicable, and deliver it to Landlord along with written notice of such employees change in status.
License. During the Term, Landlord hereby grants to Tenant, and Tenant hereby accepts, a non-exclusive license (License), together with the other occupants of Suite A in the Building, to use those certain areas located within Suite A described as the Shared Suite Area on [Exhibit G], subject to the terms and provisions of this [Section 40]. The Shared Suite Area shall include those certain restrooms, lobby and break room shown on [Exhibit G].
License. Subject to the applicable terms and conditions contained in this Lease (including Paragraph 12 and this Paragraph 28), Tenant shall have a license (the License), at no additional charge to Tenant, to install, operate, maintain and use, during the Lease Term: # non-revenue producing solar panels and satellite or wireless communications equipment to serve Tenants business in the Premises (collectively, Rooftop Equipment) on the roof of the Building, in a specific location reasonably designated by Landlord (the License Area); and # connections for the Rooftop Equipment for # electrical wiring to the Buildings existing electrical supply and # cable or similar connection necessary to connect the Rooftop Equipment with Tenants related equipment located in the Premises. The routes or paths for such wiring and connections shall be through the Buildings existing risers, conduits and shafts, subject to reasonable space limitations and Landlords reasonable requirements for use of such areas, and in all events subject to Landlords reasonable approval of plans and installation pursuant to other provisions of this Lease, including Paragraph 27 above (such routes or paths are collectively referred to as the Cable Path and all such electrical and other connections are referred to, collectively, as the Connections). The Rooftop Equipment and Connections are collectively referred to as the Equipment. All costs associated with the design, fabrication, engineering, permitting, installation, screening, maintenance, repair and removal of the Rooftop Equipment shall be borne solely by Tenant.
Patent Marking. Each Party will mark, and will cause its Affiliates to mark, all Products with all Unum Background Patents and SGI Background Patents and Patents within the Unum Program IP and SGI Program IP in accordance with the patent laws of the jurisdictions in which such Product is manufactured, used or sold.
