Conduct of Business. ​ will not, nor will it permit any Subsidiary to, engage in any business other than the businesses engaged in by ​ or such Subsidiaries on the date hereof and any business or activities which are reasonably similar, related or incidental thereto or logical extensions thereof.

Conduct of Business. The Company will not, nor will it permit any Subsidiary to, engage in any business other than the businesses engaged in by the Company or such Subsidiaries on the date hereof and any business or activities which are reasonably similar, related or incidental thereto or logical extensions thereof.

The Borrower will not, and will not permit any of its Subsidiaries to, engage in any business other than businesses of the type conducted by the Borrower and its Subsidiaries on the date hereof and businesses reasonably related or ancillary thereto.

The Borrower will not, nor will it permit any Subsidiary to, engage to any material extent in any business other than businesses of the type conducted by the Borrower and its Subsidiaries on the date hereof and businesses reasonably related thereto.

SECTION # Business of the Borrower and the Subsidiaries. Notwithstanding any other provisions hereof, engage at any time in any business or business activity other than any business or business activity conducted by it on the Effective Date and any business or business activities incidental or related thereto, or any business or activity that is reasonably similar thereto or a reasonable extension, development or expansion thereof or ancillary thereto.

Business, Etc. Borrower will not, and will not permit any of its Subsidiaries to, engage in any business other than the businesses engaged in by Borrower and its Subsidiaries as of the Effective Date and reasonable extensions thereof and businesses ancillary or complementary thereto.

Conduct of Business. The Borrower will, and will cause each Principal Subsidiary to, # carry on and conduct its business in substantially the same manner and in substantially the same fields of enterprise as it is presently conducted, including reasonable extensions of such business, # do all things necessary to remain duly incorporated or organized, validly existing and (to the extent such concept applies to such entity) in good standing as a domestic corporation, partnership or limited liability company in its jurisdiction of incorporation or organization, as the case may be, and # maintain all requisite authority to conduct its business in each jurisdiction in which its business is conducted and the failure so to maintain such authority would reasonably be expected to have a Material Adverse Effect, provided that this Section shall not be deemed to prohibit any transaction permitted under [Section 6.11 or 6.12]2].

SECTION # Business of the Borrowers and their Subsidiaries. Notwithstanding any other provisions hereof, engage at any time in any business or business activity other than any business or business activity conducted by any Borrower and the Restricted Subsidiaries on the Closing Date (after giving effect to the Transactions) and any similar, corollary, related, ancillary, incidental or complementary business or business activities or a reasonable extension, development or expansion thereof or ancillary thereto.

Section # Line of Business. Borrower shall not, and shall not permit its Subsidiaries to, engage in any line of business other than the lines of business of Borrower and its Subsidiaries existing on the date hereof, together with lines of business reasonably related or ancillary thereto.

Section #10Nature of Business. Borrower shall not, and shall not permit any of its Subsidiaries to, engage in any business other than the businesses in which they are engaged as of the Closing Date.
