Conduct of Business. The Company will not, nor will it permit any Subsidiary to, engage in any business other than the businesses engaged in by the Company or such Subsidiaries on the date hereof and any business or activities which are reasonably similar, related or incidental thereto or logical extensions thereof.

Business. The Company will not, and will not permit any Subsidiary to, enter into any material business other than the businesses in which the Company and its Subsidiaries are engaged on the Third Restatement Date and reasonable extensions thereof.

The Company will not, and will not permit any of the Subsidiaries to, engage at any time in any business or business activity other than a business conducted by the Company and its Subsidiaries on the Restatement Effective Date and business activities reasonably related thereto.

The Company will not, and will not permit any of its Restricted Subsidiaries to, make or suffer any substantial change in the nature of its business from that engaged in on the date hereof or engage in any other businesses other than those in which it is engaged on the date hereof, which are directly related to the businesses in which it is engaged in on the date hereof or which are not material in the aggregate.
