Grant of Option. The Company grants to the Employee an option to purchase, on the terms and conditions stated herein, the number of shares specified above (the "Option Shares") of the Company's Common Stock, par value $0.32 per share (“Common Stock”) at the Option Price specified above.

Option Grant. The Company hereby grants to Optionee the right and option (the “Option”) to purchase from the Company on the terms and conditions set forth herein all or any part of an aggregate of ​1 shares of the Company’s Common Stock. The Option Price per share of Common Stock subject to the Option shall be ​2.

Grant of Option. Subject to the terms and conditions set forth in this Agreement, the Company hereby grants to the Grantee a nonqualified stock option (the “Option”) to purchase up to 200,000 shares of Common Stock (“Shares”) at an exercise price of ​1 per Share (the “Strike Price”).

Grant of Option. Subject to the terms and conditions set forth in this Agreement, the Company hereby grants to the Grantee a nonqualified stock option (the “Option”) to purchase up to 300,000 shares of Common Stock (“Shares”) at an exercise price of ​1 per Share (the “Strike Price”).

Grant of Options. Company hereby grants to Participant non-qualified stock options (“Options”) to purchase the number of shares of common stock of Company, par value $0.001 per share, set forth on the signature page to this Agreement (“Shares”), at the exercise price per Share set forth on the signature page to this Agreement (“Exercise Price”). The Options are not intended to qualify as incentive stock options under Section 422 of the Code.

Grant of Stock Option. The Company hereby grants the Holder the Option to purchase all or any part of an aggregate of [●] shares of Common Stock (the "Option Shares") on the terms and conditions set forth herein and the Plan.

Grant; Type of Option. The Company hereby grants to the Optionee an option (the “Option”) to purchase the total number of shares of Common Stock of the Company equal to the number of Option Shares set forth above, at the Exercise Price set forth above. The Option is being granted pursuant to the terms of the ​ 2017 Equity Incentive Plan (the “Plan”). The Option is intended to be a Non-qualified Stock Option and not an Incentive Stock Option within the meaning of Section 422 of the Internal Revenue Code.

Grant of Stock Options. On the Date of Hire, the Company will grant Employee non-qualified options to purchase 310,000 shares of the Company’s Common Stock, par value $.01 per share (the “Common Stock”), pursuant to the form of stock option agreement attached as [Exhibit A] to this Agreement, with the grant price set at the fair market value on the date of grant and subject to vesting in three equal annual installments (the “2015 Option Agreement”).

Grant. The Company hereby grants to the Participant an option (the “Option”) to purchase the total number of shares of Common Stock of the Company equal to the number of Option Shares set forth above, at the Exercise Price set forth above. The Option is being granted pursuant to the terms of the Company’s 2022 Equity Incentive Plan (the “Plan”). Capitalized terms used but not defined herein will have the meanings ascribed to them in the Plan.
