Grant of Option. Subject to the terms and conditions set forth in this Agreement, the Company hereby grants to the Grantee a nonqualified stock option (theOption”) to purchase up to 200,000 shares of Common Stock (“Shares”) at an exercise price of ​1 per Share (theStrike Price”).
