Description of Severance Benefits. Subject to the conditions of [Section 4.6], in the event that the Executive becomes entitled to receive Severance Benefits, as provided in Sections 4.1 and 4.2, the Company shall pay to the Executive and provide him with the following:

Description of Severance Benefits. In the event that Executive becomes entitled to receive Severance Benefits, as provided in Section 4 herein, the Company shall pay to Executive and provide him with the following:

Right to Severance Benefits. Executive shall be entitled to receive from the Company Severance Benefits, as described in Section 6 herein, upon the occurrence of a Qualifying Termination, as defined in Section 5 herein.

Severance Payments and Benefits; Salary and Benefits. The Company agrees to provide Executive with the severance payments and benefits described in Section ​ of the Employment Agreement, payable at the times set forth in, and subject to the terms and conditions of, the Employment Agreement. In addition, to the extent not already paid, and subject to the terms and conditions of the Employment Agreement, the Company shall pay or provide to Executive all other payments or benefits described in Section 3(c) of the Employment Agreement, subject to and in accordance with the terms thereof.

Severance Payments; Salary and Benefits. The Company agrees to provide Executive with the severance payments and benefits described in Section 4(b) or Section 4(c) of the Employment Agreement, payable at the times set forth in, and subject to the terms and conditions of, the Employment Agreement. In addition, to the extent not already paid, and subject to the terms and conditions of the Employment Agreement, the Company shall pay or provide to Executive all other payments or benefits described in Section 3(c) of the Employment Agreement, subject to and in accordance with the terms thereof.
