Severance. If any provision or part-provision of this Agreement is or becomes invalid, illegal or unenforceable, it shall be deemed modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it valid, legal and enforceable. If such modification is not possible, the relevant provision or part-provision shall be deemed deleted. Any modification to or deletion of a provision or part-provision under this clause shall not affect the validity and enforceability of the rest of this Agreement.

Severability. If any provision of this Agreement is held to be invalid, illegal or unenforceable in any respect, that provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary so that this Agreement shall otherwise remain in full force and effect and enforceable.

Severability. If one or more of the provisions in this Agreement are deemed invalid or unenforceable for any reason, the parties agree that the court should modify the provision to the minimum extent necessary to render said provision enforceable. Should any court of competent jurisdiction determine that any provision of this Agreement is unenforceable and cannot be modified to be enforceable, that provision shall become void, leaving the remaining provisions in full force and effect.

Severability. If any provision of this Agreement is held to be invalid or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, then such provision or provisions shall be modified to the extent necessary to make such provision valid and enforceable, and to the extent that this is impossible, then such provision shall be deemed to be excised from this Agreement, and the validity, legality and enforceability of the rest of this Agreement shall not be affected thereby.

Severability. To the extent that a portion of any provision of this Agreement shall be invalid or unenforceable, it shall be considered deleted herefrom and the remainder of such provision and of this Agreement shall be unaffected and shall continue in full force and effect.

If any provision of this Agreement is determined by a court of competent jurisdiction to be invalid or unenforceable, that provision shall be deemed modified to the extent necessary to make it valid or enforceable, or if it cannot be so modified, then severed, and the remainder of the Agreement shall continue in full force and effect as if the Agreement had been signed with the invalid portion so modified or severed.

If any provision or part-provision of this Agreement is or becomes invalid, illegal or unenforceable, it shall be deemed deleted, but that shall not affect the validity and enforceability of the rest of this Agreement.

Severability. Whenever possible, each provision of this Agreement shall be interpreted in such a manner as to be effective and valid under applicable law, but if any provision of this Agreement, or any clause thereof, shall be determined by a court of competent jurisdiction to be illegal, invalid or unenforceable, in whole or in part, such provision or clause shall be limited or modified in its application to the minimum extent necessary to make such provision or clause valid, legal and enforceable, and the remaining provisions and clauses of this Agreement shall remain fully enforceable and binding on the parties.

Severability. If any provision of this Agreement is held to be invalid, illegal or unenforceable, such provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary so that the remainder of this Agreement will continue in full force and effect and be enforceable. The Parties agree to negotiate in good faith an enforceable substitute provision for any invalid, illegal or unenforceable provision that most nearly achieves the intent of such provision.

Severability. Should any provision of this Agreement be held unenforceable or invalid, then the Parties hereto agree that such provision shall be deemed modified to the extent necessary to render it lawful and enforceable, or if such a modification is not possible without materially altering the intention of the Parties hereto, then such provision shall be severed from this Agreement. In such case the validity of the remaining provisions shall not be affected and this Agreement shall be construed as if such provision were not contained herein.
