“Third Amendment Effective Date” means the date on which the conditions precedent to the effectiveness of this Amendment as specified in Section 3 herein have been satisfied.
“Second Amendment Effective Date” means the date on which the conditions precedent to the effectiveness of this Amendment as specified in Section 3 herein have been satisfied.
“Third Amendment Effective Date” means, the date on which the conditions precedent set forth in Section 3 of the Third Amendment were satisfied or waived in accordance therewith, which date occurred on December 31, 2021
Third Amendment Effective Date shall mean the date on which the Third Amendment is effective pursuant to the terms thereof.
“Third Amendment Effective Date” has the meaning assigned to such term in the Third Amendment.
