67 SECTION 6. AFFIRMATIVE COVENANTS

Conditions to Each Extension of Credit. The agreement of each Lender to make any extension of credit requested to be made by it on any date (excluding its initial extension of credit on the Funding Date), is subject to the satisfaction of the following conditions precedent:

Conditions to Each Extension of Credit.
