Failure to Satisfy Conditions Precedent. If any [[Organization A:Organization]] makes available to the Administrative Agent funds for any Loan to be made by such [[Organization A:Organization]] as provided in Section 2, and such funds are not made available to the Borrowers by the Administrative Agent because the conditions to the applicable Extension of Credit set forth in Section 5 are not satisfied or waived in accordance with the terms hereof, the Administrative Agent shall return such funds (in like funds as received from such [[Organization A:Organization]]) to such [[Organization A:Organization]], without interest.

Failure to Satisfy Conditions Precedent. If any [[Organization A:Organization]] makes available to the [[Administrative Agent:Organization]] funds for any Loan to be made by such [[Organization A:Organization]] as provided in the foregoing provisions of this Article II, and such funds are not made available to the ​ by the [[Administrative Agent:Organization]] because the conditions to the applicable Credit Extension set forth in Article IV are not satisfied or waived in accordance with the terms hereof, the [[Administrative Agent:Organization]] shall return such funds (in like funds as received from such [[Organization A:Organization]]) to such [[Organization A:Organization]], without interest.

Failure to Satisfy Conditions Precedent. If any ​ makes available to the [[Administrative Agent:Organization]] funds for any Loan to be made by such ​ as provided in the foregoing provisions of this Article II, and such funds are not made available to the ​ Parties by the [[Administrative Agent:Organization]] because the conditions to the applicable advance of Loans set forth in Article IV are not satisfied or waived in accordance with the terms hereof, the [[Administrative Agent:Organization]] shall return such funds (in like funds as received from such ​) to such ​, without interest.

Failure to Satisfy Conditions Precedent. If any Lender makes available to the Administrative Agent funds for any Loan to be made by such Lender to any Borrower as provided in the foregoing provisions of this [Article II], and such funds are not made available to such Borrower by the Administrative Agent because the conditions to the applicable Credit Extension set forth in [Article IV] are not satisfied or waived in accordance with the terms hereof, the Administrative Agent shall return such funds (in like funds as received from such Lender) to such Lender, without interest.

Failure to Satisfy Conditions Precedent. If any Lender makes available to the Administrative Agent funds for any Loan to be made by such Lender as provided in the foregoing provisions of this Article II, and such funds are not made available to the [[Consolidated Parties:Organization]] Parties by the Administrative Agent because the conditions to the applicable Credit Extension set forth in Article IV are not satisfied or waived in accordance with the terms hereof, the Administrative Agent shall return such funds (in like funds as received from such Lender) to such Lender, without interest.

Failure to Satisfy Conditions Precedent. If any Lender makes available to the Administrative Agent funds for any Loan to be made by such Lender as provided in the foregoing provisions of this Article II, and such funds are not made available to the Borrowers (or either of them) by the Administrative Agent because the conditions to the applicable Credit Extension set forth in Article IV are not satisfied or waived in accordance with the terms hereof, the Administrative Agent shall return such funds (in like funds as received from such Lender) to such Lender, without interest.

Failure to Satisfy Conditions Precedent. If any Lender makes available to the Administrative Agent funds for any Loan to be made by such Lender as provided in the foregoing provisions of this Article II, and such funds are not made available to the Borrowers by the Administrative Agent because the conditions to the applicable Credit Extension set forth in Article IV are not satisfied or waived in accordance with the terms hereof, the Administrative Agent shall return such funds (in like funds as received from such Lender) to such Lender, without interest.

If any Lender makes available to the Administrative Agent funds for any Loan to be made by such Lender as provided in the foregoing provisions of this Article II, and such funds are not made available to the Borrower by the Administrative Agent because the conditions to the applicable Credit Extension set forth in Article IV are not satisfied or waived in accordance with the terms hereof, the Administrative Agent shall return such funds (in like funds as received from such Lender) to such Lender, without interest.

Failure to Satisfy Conditions Precedent. If any Lender makes available to the Administrative Agent funds for any Loan to be made by such Lender as provided in the foregoing provisions of this Article II, and such funds are not made available to the Borrower by the Administrative Agent because the conditions to the applicable Credit Extension set forth in [Article IV] are not satisfied or waived in accordance with the terms hereof, the Administrative Agent shall return such funds (in like funds as received from such Lender) to such Lender on demand, without interest.

Failure to Satisfy Conditions Precedent. If any Lender makes available to the Administrative Agent funds for any Loan to be made by such Lender to any Borrower as provided in the foregoing provisions of this Article II, and such funds are not made available to such Borrower by the Administrative Agent because the conditions to the applicable Credit Extension set forth in Article IV are not satisfied or waived in accordance with the terms hereof, the Administrative Agent shall return such funds (in like funds as received from such Lender) to such Lender, without interest.
