Conditions Precedent to Initial Loans. The following are conditions precedent to each Lender’s obligation to make any initial Advance required under this Agreement or to Agent’s obligations to cause a Letter of Credit to be issued under this Agreement on the Closing Date:

Conditions Precedent to Initial Loans and Letter of Credit Accommodations. Each of the following is a condition precedent to Administrative Agent and Lenders making the initial Loans and providing the initial Letter of Credit Accommodations hereunder:

6.1Conditions Precedent to Initial Loans. In addition to the conditions set forth in Section 6.2, Lenders shall not be required to fund any requested Loan, issue any Letter of Credit, or otherwise extend credit to Borrowers hereunder, until the date (“Closing Date”) that each of the following conditions has been satisfied:

Conditions to all Advances and Letters of Credit. The obligation of the Agent, Letter of Credit Issuer and Lenders to fund any Revolving Loans, issue any Letters of Credit or to extend any other credit hereunder after the Closing Date is subject solely to satisfaction of the following conditions precedent:

Conditions Precedent to the Initial Extension of Credit. The obligation of each Lender to make its initial extension of credit hereunder is, in addition to the conditions set forth in Section 3.2 hereof, subject to the fulfillment, to the reasonable satisfaction of Agent and each Lender and its counsel, of each of the following conditions on or before the Closing Date:

Section # Conditions Precedent at Closing Date. The obligation of the Lenders to make Loans, and of any LC Issuer to issue Letters of Credit, is subject to the satisfaction of each of the following conditions on or prior to the Closing Date:
