Conditions Precedent to Additional Term Loans. In addition to the conditions set forth in Section 6.2, Lenders shall not be required to fund any requested Additional Term Loan or otherwise extend credit to Borrowers hereunder, until the date that each of the conditions precedent set forth on Exhibit H has been satisfied.

Additional Conditions Precedent to Term Loans. The obligation of each Lender to advance its Applicable Percentage of each Term Loan is subject to the following additional conditions precedent:
