Limitations. Excess Concentration Amounts” means, without duplication, the aggregate Eligible Receivables Principal Balance of Receivables that cause the applicable Concentration Limits to not be met.

“Diversity Score” means a single number that indicates collateral concentration in terms of both issuer and industry concentration, calculated as set forth on [Schedule D] hereto.

Concentration Percentage” for any Obligor of any Receivable at any time means the greater of (a) the Special Concentration Percentage, if any, for such Obligor and (b) 3.00%.
