“Computation Date” has the meaning assigned to such term in [Section 2.04].

Section # Computation of Time Periods. In this Agreement in the computation of periods of time from a specified date to a later specified date, the word “from” means “from and including,” the words “to” and “until” each means “to but excluding” and the word “through” means “through and including.”

Vesting Computation Period means the 12-consecutive-month period coinciding with the plan year.

An Hour of Service shall be credited to an Employee for each hour for which back pay, irrespective of mitigation of damages, has been either awarded or agreed to by the Employer or an Affiliate. Hours of Service shall not be credited to an Employee under both paragraphs (a) and (b) of this Section.
