Related Corporations. For purposes of this Section 17, the term “Company” shall include affiliated corporations to the extent determined by the Advisor in accordance with Section 280G(d)(5) of the Code.

Related Companies. The term "Related Company" means any company during any period in which it is a "parent company" (as that term is defined in Code section 424(e)) with respect to the Company, or a "subsidiary corporation" (as that term is defined in Code section 424(f)) with respect to the Company.

Related Agreements. At each Offering, the Company shall enter into the following additional agreements:

Unless otherwise specifically stated herein, the provisions of Bankruptcy Rule 9006(a) shall apply in computing any period of time prescribed or allowed herein. If the date on which a transaction may occur pursuant to the Plan shall occur on a day that is not a Business Day, then such transaction shall instead occur on the next succeeding Business Day.

Section # Computation of Interest and Fees. (a) Interest based on ’s base rate or the Federal Funds Rate shall be computed on the basis of a year of 365 days (or 366 days in a leap year) and paid for the actual number of days elapsed (including the first day but excluding the last day). "Consolidated Interest Charges" means, with respect to the Company and its Domestic Subsidiaries for any period ending on the date of computation thereof, the gross interest expense of the Company and its Domestic Subsidiaries, including without limitation # the current amortized portion of all fees (including fees payable in respect of any Swap Contract in the nature of an interest rate hedge and all fees payable in respect of any Letter of Credit) payable in connection with the incurrence of Indebtedness to the extent included in gross interest expense and # the portion of any payments made in connection with Capital Leases allocable to interest expense, all determined on a Consolidated basis; provided, however, that Consolidated Interest Charges shall include the amount of payments in respect of Synthetic Lease Obligations that are in the nature of interest.

Whenever any payment hereunder shall be stated to be due on a day other than a Business Day, such payment shall be made on the next succeeding Business Day, and such extension of time shall in such case be included in the computation of interest or fees, as the case may be; subject to the provisions set forth in the definition ofInterest Period” herein.

Fees. The Custodian and the Document Custodian shall be entitled to compensation for their services in accordance with of that certain fee letter dated December 8, 2021, among the Company, the Custodian and the Document Custodian and as it relates to collateral segregation services in accordance with [Exhibit B] attached hereto.

Fees. Subject to [Section 5.2] (Termination of Service), distributions with respect to the subaccounts established within a Participant’s Deferral Account for Fees shall be paid wholly in cash and shall be made, or commence, as follows:
