Compound”. Compound means any small molecule GLP-1r Agonist compound, including (a) TTP273, (b) any Backup Compound, or (c) any other form of TTP273 or a Backup Compound, including any prodrug (including ester pro-drug), solvate, hydrate, ester, salt, stereoisomer, racemate, tautomer, polymorph, isomer, enantiomer, free acid form, free base form, crystalline form, co-crystalline form, amorphous form, chelate, or optically active form and metabolite thereof, provided that any such metabolite has functional, in vivo GLP-1r Agonist activity as a therapeutic mechanism of action.

Compound” means andexanet alfa, a modified human fXa protein [*].

Compound” means any of inotersen or volanesorsen.

“[***] Compound” has the meaning set forth in Section 2.7.1 ([***] Compounds and [***] Products).

For clarity, “Compounds” excludes [***]. As an example, a Nektar Controlled compound that [***], but which also has [***], is not considered a Compound described under subclause (c).

Compound”. Compound means any vTv Compound and each prodrug, solvate, hydrate, ester, salt stereoisomer, racemate, tautomer, polymorph, isomer, enantiomer, free acid form, free base form, crystalline form, co-crystalline form, amorphous form, chelate, or optically active form and metabolite thereof, provided that any such metabolite has functional, in vivo, PDE4 Inhibition as its therapeutic mechanism of action.

Compound” means KX-02 (also known as KX2- 361) that cannot be developed, manufactured, used, sold, offered for sale, or imported without infringing one or more valid claims of the Intellectual Property related to the Compound and the Licensed Product, as diagrammed on Schedule 1.1 attached hereto, and any pharmaceutically acceptable salts, hydrates, solvates, and prodrugs of the foregoing, or mixtures thereof.

Compound” is defined in the preamble.
