Each party shall be responsible for its own costs and expenses incurred in connection with the preparation, negotiation and delivery of this Agreement and the Transaction Documents, including but not limited to attorneys’ and accountants’ fees and expenses; except that in no event shall any of such costs or expenses be borne by or charged to the Company.

Expenses. Each of the parties hereto agrees to bear its own expenses in connection with the negotiation, preparation, execution and delivery of this Agreement, the other Transaction Documents and the consummation of the transaction contemplated hereby and thereby.

Expenses. Each of the parties hereto shall bear its own expenses in connection with the preparation, execution and delivery of this Agreement and the other Transaction Agreements.

Expenses. Each party will bear their own costs incurred in connection with the preparation, execution and performance of this Agreement and the Transaction.

. Except as otherwise specifically provided herein, the parties hereto shall pay their own expenses, including, without limitation, accountants’ and attorneys’ fees, incurred in connection with the negotiation and consummation of the transactions contemplated by this Agreement.

Each party shall bear its own costs and expenses (including legal fees) incurred in connection with the preparation, negotiation, execution and performance of this Agreement and all documents incidental or relating to Completion.

Section # Each Party shall pay its own costs and expenses incurred in connection with the negotiation, preparation and execution of this Agreement. Each Party shall be responsible for all taxes payable by it under applicable laws incurred from the execution, performance and consummation of transactions as contemplated hereby.

Expenses. Each party shall bear its own expenses incurred in connection with the negotiation and execution of this Agreement and the consummation of the transactions contemplated hereby.

Fees and Expenses. Each party will be responsible for all of the legal, accounting and other expenses incurred by such party hereto in connection with the transactions contemplated by this Agreement.

Except as otherwise provided in this Agreement or the other Transaction Agreements, each Party shall bear its own costs and expenses incurred in connection with the negotiation and execution of this Agreement and the other Transaction Agreements and each other agreement, document and instrument contemplated hereby or thereby and the consummation of the Transaction.
