unless the context otherwise requires, all references to a particular Section, paragraph or Schedule shall be a reference to that Section, paragraph or Schedule in or to this Agreement as it may be amended from time to time;

reference to any Article, Section or Schedule means such Article or Section of, or such Schedule to, this Agreement, as the case may be, and references in any Section or definition to any clause means such clause of such Section or definition;

when a reference is made in this Agreement to an Article, Section, Exhibit or Schedule, such reference is to an Article or Section of, or an Exhibit or Schedule to, this Agreement unless otherwise indicated;
