Subtenant shall, at its own cost and expense: # comply with all governmental laws, ordinances, orders and regulations relating to its particular manner of use (as distinguished from the Use generally) of the Premises, as opposed to compliance that applies to the Building as a whole now in force or which hereafter may be in force; # comply with and execute all rules, requirements and regulations of the Board of Fire Underwriters, Sublandlord's insurance companies and other organizations establishing insurance rates; # not suffer, permit, or commit any waste or nuisance; and # install fire extinguishers in the Premises in accordance with insurance requirements.
