Competing Business. For purposes of this Agreement, the term “Competing Business” shall mean a business conducted anywhere within [the counties of Orange, San Diego, Los Angeles, San Bernardino and Riverside, in the state of California] which is located within forty (40) miles of any office or facility used by Employer or any of its Affiliates which is competitive with any business which Employer or any of its Affiliates conducts or proposes to conduct at any time during Executive’s employment with Employer or any of its Affiliates, including, without limitation, the commercial banking business and the investment advisory services business.

Competing Business. Competing Business. Competing Business. Activities, products, or services that are the same as or similar to any of those included in the definition of Company Business.

Other Competing Business. Notwithstanding anything else to the contrary contained in or inferable from this Agreement, the Act or any other statute or principle of law, neither the Member nor any Director or any affiliate of a Director shall be prohibited or restricted in any way from investing in or conducting, either directly or indirectly, and may invest in and/or conduct, either directly or indirectly, businesses of any nature whatsoever, including the ownership and operation of businesses similar to, competitive with or in the same geographical area as those held by the Company. Any investment in or conduct of any such businesses by the Member, a Director or any affiliate shall not give rise to any claim for an accounting by the Company or the Member or any right to claim any interest therein or the profits therefrom or damages in respect thereof.

Competing Lines of Business. Except as set forth on [Schedule 4.25], neither the Sellers nor any other Affiliate of the Company owns, directly or indirectly, any interest in, or is an officer, director, employee or consultant of or otherwise receives remuneration from, any business which is a competitor, lessor, lessee, customer or supplier of the Company.

Competing Activity. The Administrator may cancel, rescind, withhold or otherwise limit or restrict any Award at any time if the Participant is not in compliance with all applicable provisions of the Award agreement, the Plan, and such Participant’s employment agreement or if the Participant breaches any agreement with the Company or its Affiliates with respect to non-competition, non-solicitation or confidentiality, including without limitation, such Participant’s employment agreement with the Company or its Affiliates.

Competing Products. If the Acquirer or any of its Affiliates is Developing or Commercializing a Competing Product in the Field, then the Acquirer shall Segregate the program and activities related to such Competing Product, including by:

“Competing Product”. Competing Product means a product, other than a Product, that has [[Unknown Identifier]] Inhibition as its primary therapeutic mechanism of action.

Competing Product. Subject to [Section 0], Lytix may terminate this Agreement in its entirety or on a Region-by-Region basis, as determined by Lytix in its sole discretion, upon ​.
