Compensation. (1) Base Salary. The Company agrees to pay to Executive as a salary during the Term of Employment the sum of ​ per year, payable in accordance with the normal payroll practices of the Company in the United States as in effect from time to time. The Board shall review, and may adjust in its sole discretion, such base salary no less often than annually. Executive’s annual base salary rate, as in effect from time to time, is hereinafter referred to as the “Base Salary.”

Base Salary. During the Employment Term, the Company will pay Executive as compensation for Executive’s services an annual base salary of US$ 350,000.00 per year, as may be increased from time to time at the discretion of the Board or a duly constituted committee of the Board (the “Compensation Committee”) (the “Base Salary”). The Compensation Committee shall review Executive’s Base Salary annually but any increase will be in its sole discretion. Base Salary will be paid in regular installments in accordance with the Company’s normal payroll practices (subject to required withholding and applicable deductions). Any increase in Base Salary (together with the then existing Base Salary) shall serve as the “Base Salary” as of the effective date of such increase and thereafter during the Employment Term and for future employment under this Agreement. The first and last installment payment(s) will be adjusted, if necessary, to reflect a commencement or termination date other than the first or last working day of a pay period.

Base Salary. During the Term, the Company shall pay the Executive an annual salary (“Base Salary”) of ​ per annum, which shall be payable to the Executive hereunder in accordance with the Company’s normal payroll practices, but in no event less often than bi-weekly. The Executive’s compensation will be reviewed annually by the Board of Directors of the Parent (the “Board”), or the Compensation Committee of the Board, and after taking into consideration both the performance of the Company and the personal performance of the Executive, the Board, or the Compensation Committee of the Board, in its sole discretion, may increase the Executive’s compensation to any amount it may deem appropriate.

Base Salary. During the Employment Term, Executive’s annual base salary will be $ , payable in accordance with the Company’s normal payroll practices, less any payroll deductions and withholdings as are required by law. The Compensation Committee (the “Compensation Committee”) of the Company’s Board of Directors (the “Board”) shall periodically review (at least annually) Executive’s compensation and benefits, provided that any changes thereto shall be determined by the Compensation Committee in its sole and absolute discretion. Executive’s base salary in effect from time to time is referred to herein as the “Base Salary”.

Base Salary. During the Employment Term, the Company shall pay Executive an annual rate of base salary of $400,000 in periodic installments, less applicable deductions and withholdings, in accordance with the Company’s customary payroll practices and applicable wage payment laws, but no less frequently than monthly. Executive’s base salary shall be reviewed at least annually by the Board and the Board may, but shall not be required to, increase the base salary during the Employment Term. However, Executive’s base salary may not be decreased during the Employment Term other than as part of an across-the-board salary reduction that applies in the same manner to all senior executives. Executive’s annual base salary, as in effect from time to time, is hereinafter referred to as “Base Salary”. The parties acknowledge and agree that a portion of Executive’s Base Salary shall constitute consideration for Executive’s compliance with the restrictions and covenants set forth in Section 8 of this Agreement.

Base Salary. During the Employment Period, the Executive’s base salary shall be ​ (such annual salary, as it may be adjusted upward by the Board in its discretion, being referred to as the “Base Salary”). Base Salary. During the Employment Period, the Company shall pay the Executive, as compensation for the performance of the Executive’s duties and obligations under this Agreement, an annual base salary of $340,000, payable in a manner that is consistent with the Company’s usual payroll practices for senior executives. The Executive’s base salary shall be reviewed annually by each of the Compensation Committee of the Board or any successor to such committee (the “Committee”) and the Board or for adjustment. Such adjustment, if any, shall be within the sole discretion of the Board. The annual base salary in effect at any given time is referred to herein as “Base Salary.”

Base Salary. During the Employment Term, the Company will pay Executive an annual base salary of $400,000 as compensation for Executive’s services (the annual base salary as may be amended from time to time, the “Base Salary”). The Base Salary will be paid periodically in accordance with the Company’s normal payroll practices and be subject to the usual, required withholding. Executive’s Base Salary will be subject to review and adjustments will be made by the Board or its authorized committee (the “Committee”) based upon the Company’s normal performance review practices.

4.1Base Salary. During the Employment Term, the Company shall pay Executive an annual rate of base salary of $300,000 in periodic installments, less applicable deductions and withholdings, in accordance with the Company’s customary payroll practices and applicable wage payment laws, but no less frequently than monthly. Executive’s base salary shall be reviewed at least annually by the Board and the Board may, but shall not be required to, increase the base salary during the Employment Term. However, Executive’s base salary may not be decreased during the Employment Term other than as part of an across-the-board salary reduction that applies in the same manner to all senior executives. Executive’s annual base salary, as in effect from time to time, is hereinafter referred to as “Base Salary”. The parties acknowledge and agree that a portion of Executive’s Base Salary shall constitute consideration for Executive’s compliance with the restrictions and covenants set forth in Section 8 of this Agreement.

Base Salary. As compensation for the agreements made by the Executive herein and the performance by the Executive of his obligations hereunder, during the Employment Period, the Company shall pay the Executive, pursuant to the Company’s normal and customary payroll procedures, a base salary at the rate of $305,000 per annum (the “Base Salary”). During the Employment Period, the Base Salary shall be reviewed at least annually for possible increase (but not decrease) in the Company’s sole discretion, as determined by the compensation committee of the Board (the “Compensation Committee”); provided, however, that the Executive shall be entitled to any annual cost-of-living increases in Base Salary that are granted to senior executives of the Company generally. Any increase in Base Salary shall not serve to limit or reduce any other obligation to the Executive under this Agreement. The term “Base Salary” as utilized in this Agreement shall refer to Base Salary as so adjusted pursuant to this section.
