Recovery of Costs. In any action to enforce rights under this Agreement, the prevailing party shall be entitled to recover costs and attorneys’ fees.

Attorneys’ Fees. In the event that either Party brings an action to enforce or effect its rights under this Agreement, the prevailing party shall be entitled to recover its reasonable attorneys’ fees and costs incurred in connection with such an action.

Attorneys’ Fees. In any action to enforce any right or remedy under this Agreement, to recover any damages or other relief on account of any breach of or default under this Agreement, or to interpret any provision of this Agreement, the prevailing Party will be entitled to recover its costs and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) reasonably incurred in connection with such action or any appeal thereof.

If action is instituted to enforce any of the terms and conditions of this Agreement, the prevailing party shall be entitled to recovery of its reasonable attorney's fees and costs incurred in such action.

Attorneys’ Fees: In the event a dispute arises regarding this Agreement, the prevailing party shall be entitled to recover from the other party its actual attorneys’ fees and costs incurred.

Attorneys’ Fees. In the event that either Party employs attorneys to enforce any right arising out of or relating to this Agreement, the prevailing Party shall be entitled to recover its reasonable attorneys’ fees and costs.

If any action or proceeding relating to this Agreement, or the enforcement of any provision of this Agreement is brought by a party hereto against any other party hereto, the prevailing party shall be entitled to recover reasonable attorneys’ fees, costs and disbursements (in addition to any other relief to which the prevailing party may be entitled).

If either party breaches this Agreement, the prevailing party shall be entitled to recover costs, including reasonable attorneys’ fees, from the non-prevailing party.

Attorneys' Fees and Costs. If any action at law or in equity is necessary to enforce or interpret the terms of this Agreement, the prevailing party shall be entitled to reasonable attorney's fees, costs and necessary disbursements in addition to any other relief to which he may be entitled.

Section # If any party hereto files any suit, commences any action, arbitration or other proceeding, or asserts any claim to enforce its rights under this Agreement, or to recover damages for the breach hereof, the prevailing party shall be entitled to recover from the other party the costs and expenses, including reasonable attorneys’ fees, incurred in such suit or on appeal or in any bankruptcy or other insolvency proceedings.
