The Executive, while employed, shall be entitled to receive all benefits of employment generally available to Employees as he/she becomes eligible for them under the same terms and conditions. The benefits available to Employees are stated in the Benefit Plan that is in effect. On the Effective Date, the benefits, include but are not limited to, medical, vision, dental, life insurance and long-term disability benefits, paid time off, participation in [[Organization A:Organization]]’s pension plan, paid vacation, and other benefits under the law.

Section # Benefit Plans. From the effective date of this Agreement, the Executive shall be entitled to participate in all existing benefit plans provided to [[Organization A:Organization]]'s executive employees, including, to the extent now or hereafter in effect, medical, health, dental, vision, disability, life insurance and death benefit plans, in accordance with the terms of such plans.

Benefits. The Executive shall, in accordance with Company policy and the applicable plan documents, be eligible to participate in benefits under any benefit plan or arrangement, including medical, dental, vision, disability and life insurance programs that may be in effect from time to time and made available to the Company’s senior management employees, subject to the terms and conditions of those benefit plans.
