Successors; Enforceability. The terms and provisions of this Amendment shall be binding upon the Borrower, the Administrative Agent and the Banks and their respective successors and assigns, and shall inure to the benefit of the Borrower, the Administrative Agent and the Banks and the successors and assigns of the Administrative Agent and the Banks.

Successors; Enforceability. The terms and provisions of this Amendment shall be binding upon and inure to the benefit of the Borrowers, the Administrative Agent and the Lenders, all future holders of the Loans, and their respective successors and assigns.

This Amendment shall be binding upon and inure to the benefit of the Loan Parties and their respective successors and permitted assigns, and upon the Administrative Agent and the Lenders and their respective successors and permitted assigns.

SECTION #Successors and Assigns. This Amendment is binding upon and shall inure to the benefit of the Administrative Agent and the Lenders party hereto and their respective successors and assigns, except that no party may assign or transfer any of its rights or obligations hereunder without the prior written consent of the Administrative Agent.

hSuccessors and Assigns. This Amendment is binding upon and shall inure to the benefit of the Administrative Agent, ​, the Borrower and their respective successors and assigns as provided in the Credit Agreement.

Successors and Assigns. This Amendment shall inure to the benefit of and be binding upon the successors and assigns of each of the parties hereto. No delegation by Borrowers of any duty or obligation of performance may be made or is intended to be made to Lender.
