Company and Related Company. For purposes of this Agreement, “Company” means ​ “Related Company” means # any corporation, partnership, joint venture, or other entity in which ​ holds a direct or indirect ownership or proprietary interest of 50 percent or more at any time during the term of this Agreement, or # any corporation, partnership, joint venture, or other entity in which ​ holds a direct or indirect ownership or other proprietary interest of less than 50 percent at any time during the term of this Agreement but which, in the discretion of the Committee, is treated as a Related Company for purposes of this Agreement.

Company and Related Company. “Related Company” means any corporation, partnership, joint venture or other entity during any period in which a controlling interest in such entity is owned, directly or indirectly, by the Company (or any entity that is a successor to the Company), and any business venture designated by the Committee in which the Company (or any entity that is a successor to the Company) has, directly or indirectly, a significant interest (whether through the ownership of securities or otherwise), as determined in the discretion of the Committee.

Company and Related Company. For purposes of this Agreement, “Company” means Verizon Communications Inc. “Related Company” means # any corporation, partnership, joint venture, or other entity in which Verizon Communications Inc. holds a direct or indirect ownership or proprietary interest of 50 percent or more at any time during the term of this Agreement, or # any corporation, partnership, joint venture, or other entity in which Verizon Communications Inc. holds a direct or indirect ownership or other proprietary interest of less than 50 percent at any time during the term of this Agreement but which, in the discretion of the Committee, is treated as a Related Company for purposes of this Agreement.
