Successors. All of the covenants and provisions of this Warrant Agreement shall be binding upon and inure to the benefit of Company and Warrant Holder, and their respective successors and assigns.

Successors and Assigns. All the terms and conditions of this Warrant shall be binding upon and inure to the benefit of the permitted successors and assigns of the Corporation and Holder.

Successors and Assigns. The terms and provisions of this Warrant and the Purchase Agreement shall inure to the benefit of, and be binding upon, the Company and the holders hereof and their respective successors and assigns.

Subject to applicable securities laws, this Warrant and the rights and obligations evidenced hereby shall inure to the benefit of and be binding upon the successors of the Company and the successors and permitted assigns of Holder. The provisions of this Warrant are intended to be for the benefit of all Holders from time to time of this Warrant and shall be enforceable by the Holder or holder of Warrant Shares.

Successors; Benefits of Warrant Agreement. All agreements of the Parent and the Company in this Warrant Agreement and the Warrants will bind its respective successors. Subject to the preceding sentence, this Warrant Agreement is for the sole benefit of the parties hereto and for the Holders, as such, from time to time, and nothing in this Warrant Agreement, or anything that may be implied from any provision of this Warrant Agreement, will confer on any other Person any right, claim or remedy.
