Company Storage, Handling and Transport of Product. Company shall obtain at its sole expense all equipment, facilities and personnel necessary for Company to store, handle, transport, and package, distribute and use Bulk Drug Product in accordance with the terms hereof and shall pay all other expenses in connection therewith. If Company, for any reason (other than as a result of a claim for a defect pursuant to Section 8(A) or 8(B)), refuses to take delivery or possession of any Bulk Drug Product, Company shall, notwithstanding Section 15(B), reimburse Takeda for any resulting direct, out-of-pocket, storage, warehousing, handling or transportation fees that Takeda may incur.

Storage, Use and Handling. APCETH shall store and handle the Supplied Material in accordance with the Quality Agreement and any written instructions by BBB. APCETH shall use such Supplied Materials only for manufacturing the Product in accordance with the terms of this Agreement and the Quality Agreement. APCETH undertakes not to sell or assign such Supplied Materials without BBB’s prior written consent. APCETH shall not use the Product(s) and/or the Supplied Materials in any in vivo experiments on human subjects or otherwise use the Product and/or the Supplied Materials for any other purpose.

Product Handling. Eversana shall maintain, handle, store, transport, deliver and/or otherwise manage and distribute Product supplied by Evoke in accordance with the handling and storage requirements applicable to each Product as contained in the package insert for the Product approved by the FDA and any other instructions provided by Evoke in writing to Eversana, and in accordance with Applicable Laws. Eversana shall not distribute or attempt to return for credit any Product that was not maintained in accordance with all applicable handling and storage requirements and specifications, this Agreement and Applicable Law, unless the Product is within the permitted excursion range.

Storage of Product. All Product shall be stored in accordance with the Storage Lease Agreement.

Storage and Handling. Patheon shall store and handle Components under appropriate GMP conditions for temperature, humidity, light and cleanliness and in accordance with any storage specifications agreed between the parties. Patheon shall store and handle the Active Material Product in accordance with the Specifications and under appropriate GMP conditions for temperature, humidity, light and cleanliness. In addition to the foregoing, Patheon shall store and handle the Active Materials and Products so as to prevent the commingling of same with Patheon’s own inventories and supplies, or those held by Patheon for Third Parties.

"Manufacturing Activities" means the manufacturing, processing, testing, analytical, packaging, transport, handling, use, storage and other activities undertaken or required to be undertaken by Supplier or its suppliers or subcontractors in order to manufacture and supply Buyer with the Product meeting the Product Specifications.

Handling and Storage. The LICENSOR shall handle and store the Unlabeled Product pursuant to GMP and otherwise in a commercially reasonable manner and in accordance with, as applicable # the Specifications, # Applicable Laws and GMP, # the terms of the Quality Agreement, and # such other practices and procedures mutually agreed upon in writing between the LICENSOR by IMMEDICA.
