COMMUNICATIONS AND COMPUTER LINE. Tenant may install, maintain, replace, remove or use any communications or computer wires and cables serving the Premises (collectively, the "Lines"), provided that Tenant shall obtain Landlord's prior written consent, use an experienced and qualified contractor approved in writing by Landlord, and comply with all of the other provisions of Articles 7 and 8 of this Lease. Tenant shall pay all costs in connection therewith. Landlord reserves the right, upon notice to Tenant prior to the expiration or earlier termination of this Lease, to require that Tenant, at Tenant's sole cost and expense, remove any Lines located in or serving the Premises prior to the expiration or earlier termination of this Lease.
Lines of Business. The Company will not, and will not permit any of the Subsidiaries to, engage at any time in any business or business activity other than a business conducted by the Company and its Subsidiaries on the Restatement Effective Date and business activities reasonably related thereto.
Other Computer Programs. Nothing shall prohibit the Permitted Users from using the Facility equipment to run computer programs other than the software or from using the equipment for purposes other than operation of the Facility, it being understood that Service Provider shall not be responsible for any failure of the software or equipment as a result of such activities, or loading such computer programs on, or removing such computer programs from, the Facility equipment.
Communications. WuXi ATU shall keep Graphite reasonably informed about the status of the Services. WuXi ATU agrees to participate in activities including meetings and/or conference calls that may be held on a regular basis between the Project Managers and other WuXi ATU and Graphite personnel to evaluate, review or discuss the progress made on the performance of the Services.
Communications. Except to the extent required by Applicable Law as required under Section 11.2, WuXi ATU shall not communicate with any regulatory or government authorities, including but not limited to the FDA, on Graphite’s behalf without Graphite’s prior written authorization.
Communications. All Participant or Beneficiary notices, designations, elections, consents or waivers must be made in a form the Administrator (or, as applicable, the Trustee or Insurer) specifies or otherwise approves. Any person entitled to notice under the Plan may waive the notice or shorten the notice period unless such actions are contrary to applicable law.
WITHOUT LIMITATION BY THE FOREGOING, LICENSOR SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY LOSS RESULTING FROM A CAUSE OVER WHICH LICENSOR DOES NOT HAVE SOLE AND DIRECT CONTROL, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, FAILURE OF ELECTRONIC OR MECHANICAL EQUIPMENT OR COMMUNICATION LINES; TELEPHONE OR OTHER INTERCONNECTION PROBLEMS; BUGS, ERRORS, CONFIGURATION PROBLEMS OR INCOMPATIBILITY OF COMPUTER HARDWARE OR SOFTWARE; FAILURE OR UNAVAILABILITY OF INTERNET ACCESS; PROBLEMS WITH INTERNET SERVICE PROVIDERS OR OTHER EQUIPMENT OR SERVICES RELATING TO LICENSEE'S COMPUTERS; PROBLEMS WITH INTERMEDIATE COMPUTER OR COMMUNICATIONS NETWORKS OR FACILITIES; PROBLEMS WITH DATA TRANSMISSION FACILITIES OR LICENSEE'S TELEPHONE OR TELEPHONE SERVICES; OR UNAUTHORIZED ACCESS, THEFT, OPERATOR ERRORS, SEVERE WEATHER, EARTHQUAKES, OTHER ACTS OF GOD OR LABOR DISPUTES.

Divested Lines of Service. Employer agrees that any medical service line (including those listed in items [(1) through (8) above]), practice management, or other business in which Employer is engaged that is divested pursuant to a disposition, sale of assets or equity, or otherwise after the Effective Date shall not be considered to be a part of Employer’s Business effective as of the effective date of such divestiture.
Electronic Communications. Notices and other communications to the Lenders hereunder may be delivered or furnished by electronic communication (including e-mail and Internet or intranet websites) pursuant to procedures approved by the Agent, provided that the foregoing shall not apply to notices to any Lender pursuant to Article II if such Lender has notified the Agent that it is incapable of receiving notices under such Article by electronic communication. The Agent or the Borrower may, in its discretion, agree to accept notices and other communications to it hereunder by electronic communications pursuant to procedures approved by it; provided that approval of such procedures may be limited to particular notices or communications.
Electronic Communications. Notices and other communications to the Lender hereunder may be delivered or furnished by e-mail, facsimile or other electronic communications (including Internet or intranet websites) pursuant to procedures approved by the Lender (“Electronic Media”). In connection therewith, the Company # authorizes the Lender to act on any instruction, notice or communication (“Instruction”) it receives by Electronic Media and which appears to the Lender to originate from a Responsible Officer, # acknowledges that the Lender is not obliged to act on any Instruction it receives by Electronic Media if it has any reason to believe that the Instruction is not authorized or has been incorrectly transmitted, or if it considers that clarification or verification is required or desirable, and # acknowledges and accepts that Electronic Media may not be secure and that third parties may gain access to the information contained therein as a result of the parties utilizing such media. Any Instruction forwarded by Electronic Media shall be irrevocable and shall be confirmed by mailing the original documents on the day of issue and by adding the mention ‘CONFIRMATION’ to avoid any confusion; provided that failure to receive such mailed confirmation shall not invalidate any of the operations carried out pursuant to an Instruction. The use of Electronic Media as a means of communications will remain operational for an undetermined period and may be revoked at any time by notice from the Lender to the Company.
Electronic Communications. “IT Assets” means software, computers, firmware, servers, workstations, routers, hubs, switches, data communications lines, and all other information technology equipment owned, leased or licensed by the Target Entities and used in support of the Business.
Officer Positions and Reporting Lines.
