“Occupational Safety and Health Law” means any Legal Requirement arising under the Occupational Safety and Health Act of 1970.

◦Safety & Sustainability - Risk Reduction: the safety and sustainability measure is based on the effectiveness of the Company’s Environmental, Health and Safety management system for the Phosphates and Potash business units, and has a weighting of 50% of the ESG Scorecard for executive officers.

In order to implement the safety responsibility, set up the policy of "safety first, prevention first, and comprehensive management" and ensure that everything is safe and no risk at all. By mutual agreement, Party A and Party B hereby sign this safety responsibility statement.

Service Provider’s Quality Assurance Program and associated policies and procedures shall address Service Provider’s Services, including without limitation systems, structures and components in a manner consistent with their classification with respect to their importance to nuclear safety (i.e., safety related, important to safety, non-safety related) or their importance to the capacity, operability and reliability of the Facility as classified in the Vogtle Units 3 and 4 UFSAR.

“Nuclear Safety Culture” means the core values and behaviors resulting from a collective commitment by leaders and individuals to emphasize safety over competing goals to ensure protection of people and the environment, as defined in the NRC’s Safety Culture Policy Statement, 76 Fed. Reg. ​ (June 14, 2011).

“Safety Program” means the comprehensive safety program that governs all of Service Provider’s activities at the Site in connection with its performance of the Services.

7、 Party B shall conduct regular safety inspection on Wenzhou Yangfushan sailing boat marina and its business activities, and timely check and eliminate potential safety hazards. In case of fire hazards or unqualified fire-fighting equipment, Party B shall make timely rectification to ensure the safety of life and property.

Consultant agrees to abide by all Health and Safety policies and procedures as set forth in the Bear Lodge Health and Safety Plan and any amendments or updates thereto as to any site visits or other engagement at the Bear Lodge project area. RER agrees to timely provide Consultant all updates to the plan. Consultant further agrees to comply with all applicable Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) laws and/or Mine Safety and Health Administration (MSHA) laws.
