Electronic Communication. Notices and other communications to any ​, the Lenders, the Swing Line ​ and the Issuing Banks hereunder may be delivered or furnished by electronic communication (including e-mail and Internet or intranet websites, including the Platform) pursuant to procedures approved by the Administrative ​, provided that the foregoing shall not apply to notices to any ​, ​, Swing Line ​ or the Issuing Banks pursuant to Article II if such Person, as applicable, has notified the Administrative ​ that it is incapable of receiving notices under such Article by electronic communication. The Administrative ​ or the ​ may, in its discretion, agree to accept notices and other communications to it hereunder by electronic communications pursuant to procedures approved by it, provided that approval of such procedures may be limited to particular notices or communications.

Communication Acknowledgment. For the avoidance of doubt, nothing in this Agreement or the Additional Release shall prohibit the Executive from communicating with a government agency, regulator or legal authority concerning any possible violations of federal or state law or regulation. Nothing in this Agreement or the Additional Release, however, authorizes the disclosure of information the Executive obtained through a communication that was subject to the attorney-client privilege, unless disclosure of the information would otherwise be permitted by an applicable law or rule.

Communication Addresses. All telephone numbers, facsimile numbers, internet addresses, internet domain names, internet domain name registrations, log-in identifications, user identifications, screen names and on-line service identifications relating to Sellers ("Communication Addresses").

Service Provider and its Representatives will maintain a safety conscious work environment (“SCWE”) in which all employees feel free to raise concerns without fear of harassment, intimidation, retaliation or discrimination.

Global Safety Database. Within […​…] after [[Organization A:Organization]] proceeds with the In-Licensing, [[Organization A:Organization]] shall set up, hold, and maintain (at [[Organization A:Organization]]’s sole cost and expense, but subject to the last sentence of this subsection) the global safety database for Licensed Compounds or Licensed Products. ​ shall provide [[Organization A:Organization]] with all Information necessary or desirable for [[Organization A:Organization]] to comply with its pharmacovigilance responsibilities in the Territory, including, as applicable, any adverse drug experiences, from pre-clinical or clinical laboratory, animal toxicology and pharmacology studies, Clinical Studies, and commercial experiences with a Licensed Compound or Licensed Product, in each case in the form reasonably requested by [[Organization A:Organization]].

Health and Safety. Farmor is not aware of and has not been notified of the occurrence of any material health or safety incident concerning the Contract and the operations related thereto.

Health and Safety. At Expedia’s request, Supplier agrees to make its best efforts to promptly cause a Property to provide Expedia with copies of such Property’s annual operating licenses and/or similar certificates to operate legally in the jurisdictions in which such Properties operate. In addition, Expedia may provide Supplier with a health and safety self-assessment questionnaire from time to time, and Supplier agrees to make its best efforts to pass on such questionnaire to the Property so that the Property can supply the information requested in the self-assessment in a timely manner. Further, Supplier agrees to make best efforts to promptly cause a Property to permit any employee of or consultant appointed by Expedia to carry out health and safety reviews of such Property. If, as a result of a self-assessment or a health and safety inspection, Expedia recommends health and safety enhancements or changes for any Property, Supplier agrees to make its best efforts to pass on to the Property such recommendations. Expedia is not obligated or otherwise required to display or make available for booking on any Expedia Travel Solution any Property received through the Decolar and in the event that Supplier or the Property fails to comply with Expedia requests under this [Section E.5.e], Expedia may decide not to display such specific Property.

You agree to comply with all the Company’s policies and procedures and agree to undergo any medical examination or drug or alcohol test that may be required by the Company; all expenses of which will be met by the Company. Testing may be by urine or blood sample.

Communication of Award. Each Award Agreement evidencing an Award of Performance Shares or Performance Units shall contain provisions regarding # the target and maximum amount payable to the Participant pursuant to the Award, # the performance criteria and level of achievement versus these criteria that shall determine the amount of such payment, # the Performance Period over which performance shall be measured for determining the amount of any payment, # the timing of any payment earned based on performance, # restrictions on the alienation or transfer of the Award prior to actual payment, # forfeiture provisions and # such further terms and conditions, in each case not inconsistent with this Plan, as may be determined from time to time by the Committee.

Communication of Offer. No Holder is purchasing the Securities as a result of any “general solicitation” or “general advertising,” as such terms are defined in Regulation D, which includes, but is not limited to, any advertisement, article, notice or other communication regarding the Securities published in any newspaper, magazine or similar media or on the internet or broadcast over television, radio or the internet or presented at any seminar or any other general solicitation or general advertisement.
