“Common Units” means the common units and subordinated units representing limited partner interests in the Partnership.

“Common Units” shall mean the common units representing limited partnership interests of the Partnership.

“Common Units” means common units representing limited partner interests in the Partnership, the terms of which are set forth in the Partnership Agreement.

“Common Units” means the common units and subordinated units representing limited partnership interests in the MLP.

“Common Unit” shall mean each of the common units representing publicly traded limited partnership interests of the Partnership.

“Common Units” means common units representing limited partner interests in MLP.

“Common Units” means the common units of limited partner interests in EPD.

“Common Units” means the Partnership Units, other than any other series of units of Limited Partner Interest issued in the future and designated as preferred or otherwise different from the Common Units, such difference including, but not limited to, with respect to the payment of distributions, including distributions upon liquidation.

“Common Unit” means a Partnership Interest representing a fractional part of the Partnership Interests of all Limited Partners and assignees, and having the rights and obligations specified with respect to the Common Units in this Agreement. The term “Common Unit” does not refer to or include any Class A Preferred Unit or Class B Preferred Unit prior to its conversion into a Common Unit pursuant to the terms of this Agreement.
