“Restricted Common Units” means Common Units that are unvested as of the time of determination.
“Restricted Units” shall mean unvested restricted Common Units that have been awarded under any of the restricted unit plans of the Partnership, whether before or after the Effective Date. For the avoidance of doubt, once a Restricted Unit vests and becomes a Common Unit, it is no longer a Restricted Unit for purposes of the Plan.
