Common Units contract clause examples

Common Units” shall mean the common units representing limited partnership interests of the Partnership.

Common Unit” shall mean each of the common units representing publicly traded limited partnership interests of the Partnership.

Common Units” means common units representing limited partner interests in the Partnership, the terms of which are set forth in the Partnership Agreement.

Common Units” is defined in the Partnership Agreement.
