If the Borrower qualifies as a “legal entity customer” under the Beneficial Ownership Regulation, then the Borrower shall have delivered to the Administrative Agent a Beneficial Ownership Certification in relation to the Borrower, to the extent reasonably requested by any Lender in writing at least ten (10) Business Days in advance of the Closing Date.

IfOwnership; Etc. # Upon the reasonable request of any Lender, Borrower shall have provided to Administrative Agent for distribution to such Lender, and such Lender shall be reasonably satisfied with, the documentation and other information so requested in connection with applicable “know your customer” and anti-money-laundering rules and regulations, in each case at least five (5) days prior to the Closing Date and # at least three (3) days prior to the Closing Date, any Obligated Party that qualifies as a “legal entity customer” under the Beneficial Ownership Regulation, then the BorrowerRegulation shall have delivereddelivered, to the Administrative Agenteach Lender that so requests, a Beneficial Ownership Certification in relation to the Borrower, to the extent reasonably requested by any Lender in writing at least ten (10) Business Days in advance of the Closing Date.such Obligated Party.
