Commitment Fee. Forbasis of a year of 365 or 366 days, as the purposes of determining the amount of the Commitment Fee, outstanding Competitive Bid Loanscase may be, and shall be deemed not to be a usagepayable for the actual number of days elapsed (including the Commitments.first business day but excluding the last day).
