The Administrative Agent shall have received environmental review reports with respect to the real properties of the Borrowers and their Subsidiaries specified by the Administrative Agent from firm(s) satisfactory to the Administrative Agent, which reports shall be acceptable to the Administrative Agent. Any environmental hazards or liabilities identified in any such environmental review report shall indicate the Loan Parties plans with respect thereto.
