“Commercialization” shall mean, with respect to Licensed Product, any and all activities directed to the marketing, promotion, distribution, offering for sale and selling such product, importing and exporting such product for sale, and interacting with Regulatory Authorities regarding the foregoing. Commercialization shall also include Commercialization Studies. “Commercialize” has a correlative meaning.

“Commercialization” or “Commercialize” means engaging in any and all activities directed to marketing, promoting, conducting post-Regulatory Approval studies, distributing, offering for sale, selling, having sold, making, having made, using, importing, exporting or exploiting, a Licensed Product (as defined below).

“Commercialization” means any and all activities directed to the preparation for sale of, offering for sale of or sale of a product, including activities related to marketing, promoting, distributing and importing such product, and interacting with Regulatory Authorities regarding any of the foregoing. When used as a verb, “to Commercialize” and “Commercializing” mean to engage in Commercialization and “Commercialized” has a corresponding meaning.
