Generally Released Error Corrections and Updates. If Kx generally makes available any Error Corrections or Updates to the Licensed Software while [[Appian:Organization]] is receiving Maintenance Services, Kx will notify [[Appian:Organization]] of such Error Corrections and Updates by posting a message on the k4 listbox and will make the Error Corrections or Updates available to [[Appian:Organization]] without charge by download from the Kx Website.

[[Organization A:Organization]] shall provide all Updates to [[Bank of America:Organization]] at no additional charge when Updates are made generally available to [[Organization A:Organization]]’s other customers.

Implementation of Error Corrections and Updates. [[Appian:Organization]] also agrees to implement within a reasonable time all Error Corrections and Updates provided by Kx under this OEM Agreement, provided that such Error Corrections and Updates do not materially adversely affect the version of the Licensed Software used by [[Appian:Organization]] for run-time operations.

The formula will include either a Business Area or Commercial Area component, as determined under this program.

Elimination of Certain Commercial Restrictions. Article V of the Purchase Agreement is hereby amended to include a new [Section 5.20], which shall read in its entirety as follows:

to review and approve any amendments or updates to the Research Plan; and

“Improvements” means all Technology and discoveries, inventions, developments, modifications, innovations, updates, enhancements, improvements, writings or rights

Company will deliver a dashboard within 14 days of signing, and continue to provide monthly updates to Purchaser.

Consultant agrees to abide by all Health and Safety policies and procedures as set forth in the Bear Lodge Health and Safety Plan and any amendments or updates thereto as to any site visits or other engagement at the Bear Lodge project area. RER agrees to timely provide Consultant all updates to the plan. Consultant further agrees to comply with all applicable Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) laws and/or Mine Safety and Health Administration (MSHA) laws.

Provide updates related to the overall regulatory environment affecting GSD, as well as managing compliance with such matters, including compliance with the Sarbanes-Oxley Act of 2002;
