“Uniform Commercial Code” or “UCC” means the Uniform Commercial Code as the same may from time to time be in effect in the State of New York or the Uniform Commercial Code (or similar code or statute) of another jurisdiction, to the extent it may be required to apply to any item or items of Collateral.
"UCC" means the Uniform Commercial Code, as the same may be in effect from time to time in the State of New York, provided that if, by reason of mandatory provisions of law, any or all of the attachment, perfection or priority of the [[Organization B:Organization]]'s security interest in any Receivables is governed by the Uniform Commercial Code as in effect in a jurisdiction other than the State of New York, the term "UCC" shall mean the Uniform
