“Uniform Commercial Code” or “UCC” means the Uniform Commercial Code as the same may from time to time be in effect in the State of New York or the Uniform Commercial Code (or similar code or statute) of another jurisdiction, to the extent it may be required to apply to any item or items of Collateral.

“Uniform Commercial Code” or “UCC” shall mean the Uniform Commercial Code as the same may be in effect from time to time in the State of Colorado; provided that if, by reason of applicable Law, the validity or perfection of any security interest in any Collateral granted under this Agreement is governed by the Uniform Commercial Code as in effect in a jurisdiction other than Colorado, then as to the validity or perfection, as the case may be, of such security interest. “Uniform Commercial Code” shall mean the Uniform Commercial Code as in effect from time to time in such other jurisdictions.

“UCC” means the Uniform Commercial Code as in effect on the Closing Date in the State of New York and any successor statute. To the extent perfection of the Administrative Agent’s security interest in any Collateral is governed by the laws of another jurisdiction, “UCC” means (as the context requires) the Uniform Commercial Code as in effect in the applicable jurisdiction.

"UCC" means the Uniform Commercial Code, as the same may be in effect from time to time in the State of New York, provided that if, by reason of mandatory provisions of law, any or all of the attachment, perfection or priority of the [[Organization B:Organization]]'s security interest in any Receivables is governed by the Uniform Commercial Code as in effect in a jurisdiction other than the State of New York, the term "UCC" shall mean the Uniform

"UCC" means the Uniform Commercial Code, as the same may be in effect from time to time in the State of New York, provided that if, by reason of mandatory provisions of law, any or all of the attachment, perfection or priority of the [[Organization A:Organization]]'s security interest in any Receivables is governed by the Uniform Commercial Code as in effect in a jurisdiction other than the State of New York, the term "UCC" shall mean the Uniform Commercial Code in effect in such other jurisdiction for purposes of the provisions hereof relating to such attachment, perfection or priority and for purposes of definitions related to such provisions.

“UCC” means the Uniform Commercial Code as in effect in the State of New York on the date hereof.

“Uniform Commercial Code” means the Uniform Commercial Code as in effect from time to time in the State of New York; provided, however, that if a term is defined in [Article 9] of the Uniform Commercial Code differently than in another Article thereof, the term shall have the meaning set forth in [Article 9]; provided, further that, if by reason of mandatory provisions of law, perfection, or the effect of perfection or non-perfection, of a security interest in any Collateral or the availability of any remedy hereunder is governed by the Uniform Commercial Code as in effect in a jurisdiction other than New York, “Uniform Commercial Code” means the Uniform Commercial Code as in effect in such other jurisdiction for purposes of the provisions hereof relating to such perfection or effect of perfection or non-perfection or availability of such remedy, as the case may be.

“UCC” means the Uniform Commercial Code as in effect from time to time in the State of Nevada or, when the laws of any other state govern the method or manner of the perfection or enforcement of any security interest in any of the Collateral, the Uniform Commercial Code as in effect from time to time in such state.
