“Uniform Commercial Code” or “UCC” shall mean the Uniform Commercial Code as the same may be in effect from time to time in the State of Colorado; provided that if, by reason of applicable Law, the validity or perfection of any security interest in any Collateral granted under this Agreement is governed by the Uniform Commercial Code as in effect in a jurisdiction other than Colorado, then as to the validity or perfection, as the case may be, of such security interest. “Uniform Commercial Code” shall mean the Uniform Commercial Code as in effect from time to time in such other jurisdictions.
“Uniform Commercial Code” or “UCC” shall mean the Uniform Commercial Code as in effect from time to time in the State of New York; provided that if by reason of mandatory provisions of law, the perfection or the effect of perfection or non-perfection of the security interest in any Repurchase Assets or the continuation, renewal or enforcement thereof is governed by the Uniform Commercial Code as in effect in a jurisdiction other than New York, “Uniform Commercial Code” shall mean the Uniform Commercial Code as in effect in such other jurisdiction for purposes of the provisions of this Agreement relating to such perfection or effect of perfection or non-perfection.
“UCC” means the Uniform Commercial Code as in effect from time to time in the State of Nevada or, when the laws of any other state govern the method or manner of the perfection or enforcement of any security interest in any of the Collateral, the Uniform Commercial Code as in effect from time to time in such state.
“UCC” or “Uniform Commercial Code” means the Uniform Commercial Code as in effect from time to time in the State of New York; provided, however, that, at any time, if by reason of mandatory provisions of law, any or all of the perfection or priority of the Collateral Agent’s security interest in any item or portion of the Collateral (as defined in the Collateral Agreement) is governed by the Uniform Commercial Code as in effect in a U.S. jurisdiction other than the State of New York, the term “UCC” shall mean the Uniform Commercial Code as in effect, at such time, in such other jurisdiction for purposes of the provisions hereof relating to such perfection or priority and for purposes of definitions relating to such provisions.

Uniform Commercial Code or UCC means the Uniform Commercial Code as the same may from time to time be in effect in the State of New York; provided that, if creation, perfection or the effect of perfection or non-perfection or the priority of any security interest in any Collateral is governed by the Uniform Commercial Code as in effect in a jurisdiction other than the State of New York, UCC shall mean the Uniform Commercial Code (or similar code or statute) as in effect from time to time in such other jurisdiction for purposes of the provisions hereof relating to such creation, perfection, effect of perfection or non-perfection or priority.
“UCC” means the Uniform Commercial Code as in effect from time to time in the State of Nebraska; provided, however, that if by reason of mandatory provisions of law, any or all of the perfection or priority of Lender’s security interest in any item or portion of the Pledged Collateral is governed by the Uniform Commercial Code as in effect in a jurisdiction other than the State of Nebraska, the term “UCC” means the Uniform Commercial Code as in effect from time to time in such other jurisdiction for purposes of the provisions hereof relating to such perfection or priority and for purposes of definitions relating to such provisions.
“UCC” means the Uniform Commercial Code as in effect in the State of California; provided that, if perfection or the effect of perfection or non‑perfection or the priority of any security interest in any Collateral is governed by the Uniform Commercial Code as in effect in a jurisdiction other than the State of California, “UCC” means the Uniform Commercial Code as in effect from time to time in such other jurisdiction for purposes of the provisions hereof relating to such perfection, effect of perfection or non‑perfection or priority.
