#[[Administrative Agent:Organization]] shall have the right, and [[Company:Organization]] hereby expressly authorizes [[Administrative Agent:Organization]], to # post the list of Disqualified Institutions provided by [[Company:Organization]] and any updates thereto from time to time (collectively, the “DQ List”) on an Approved Electronic Platform, including that portion of such Approved Electronic Platform that is designated for “public side” [[Organization A:Organization]] and/or # provide the DQ List to each Lender or potential Lender requesting the same.

The Administrative Agent shall have the right, and the Company hereby expressly authorizes the Administrative Agent, to # post the list of Disqualified Institutions provided by the Company and any updates thereto from time to time (collectively, the “DQ List”) on an Approved Electronic Platform, including that portion of such Approved Electronic Platform that is designated for “public side” Lenders and/or # provide the DQ List to each Lender or potential Lender requesting the same.

The Administrative Agent shall have the right, and the Borrower hereby expressly authorizes the Administrative Agent, to # post the list of Disqualified Lenders provided by the Borrower and any updates thereto from time to time (collectively, the “DQ List”) on an Approved Electronic Platform, including that portion of such Approved Electronic Platform that is designated for “public side” Lenders and/or # provide the DQ List to each Lender or potential Lender requesting the same.

The Administrative Agent # shall have the right (but not the obligation), and the Borrower hereby expressly authorizes the Administrative Agent, to post the list of Disqualified Institutions and any updates thereto from time to time on the Platform, including that portion of the Platform that is designated for “public side” Lenders and # shall provide the list of Disqualified Institutions and any updates thereto to each [[Organization C:Organization]] or Participant requesting the same.
