“Commercial LC Exposure” means, at any time, the sum of # the aggregate undrawn amount of all outstanding commercial Letters of Credit plus # the aggregate amount of all LC Disbursements relating to commercial Letters of Credit that have not yet been reimbursed by or on behalf of the Borrowers. The Commercial LC Exposure of any Revolving Lender at any time shall be its Applicable Percentage of the aggregate Commercial LC Exposure at such time.

“Commercial LC Exposure” means, at any time, the sum of # the aggregate undrawn amount of all outstanding commercial Letters of Credit plus # the aggregate amount of all LC Disbursements relating to commercial Letters of Credit that have not yet been reimbursed by or on behalf of the Borrower.

“LC Exposure” means, at any time, the sum of # the aggregate undrawn amount of all outstanding Letters of Credit at such time plus # the aggregate amount of all LC Disbursements that have not yet been reimbursed by or on behalf of the Borrower at such time. The LC Exposure of any Lender at any time shall be its Applicable Percentage of the total LC Exposure at such time.

“LC Exposure” means, at any time, the sum of # the aggregate amount of all Letters of Credit that remains available for drawing at such time and # the aggregate amount of all LC Disbursements that have not yet been reimbursed by or on behalf of the Borrower at such time. The LC Exposure of any Revolving Lender at any time shall be its Applicable Percentage of the total LC Exposure at such time.

“LC Exposure” means, at any time, the sum of # the aggregate undrawn amount of all outstanding Letters of Credit at such time plus # the aggregate amount of all LC Disbursements that have not yet been reimbursed by or on behalf of the Borrower at such time. The LC Exposure of any Lender at any time shall be its Applicable Percentage of the LC Exposure at such time.

The LC Exposure of any Revolving Lender at any time shall be its Applicable Percentage of the total LC Exposure at such time.

“LC Exposure” means, at any time, the sum of # the aggregate undrawn amount of all outstanding Letters of Credit at such time plus # the aggregate amount of all outstanding Reimbursement Obligations. The LC Exposure of any [[Organization A:Organization]] at any time shall be its Revolving Loan Commitment Percentage of the total LC Exposure at such time.

“LC Exposure” means, at any time, the sum of # the aggregate undrawn Dollar Amount of all outstanding Letters of Credit at such time plus # the aggregate Dollar Amount of all LC Disbursements that have not yet been reimbursed by or on behalf of [[Company:Organization]] at such time. The LC Exposure of any Lender at any time shall be its Applicable Percentage of the total LC Exposure at such time.

“LC Exposure” means, at any time, the sum of # the aggregate undrawn amount of all outstanding Letters of Credit at such time (and in the case of Letters of Credit issued in an Alternate Currency, such sums shall be determined with respect to the Dollar Equivalent thereof) plus # the aggregate amount of all LC Disbursements relating to Letters of Credit that have not yet been reimbursed by or on behalf of the Borrower at such time. The LC Exposure of any Lender at any time shall be its Applicable Percentage of the total LC Exposure at such time.
