Commercial Milestones. Licensee shall pay [[AstraZeneca:Organization]] each of the following non-refundable, non-creditable milestone payments after the achievement of the corresponding Milestone Event:

Commercial Milestones. In partial consideration of the obligations imposed on REGENX and rights granted to PARTNER hereunder and under the Penn Sublicense Agreement, PARTNER shall pay to REGENX the following one-time payments after the achievement of the following milestone events by or on behalf of PARTNER, any of its Affiliates or any Sublicensees in activities under this Agreement during the Term, which shall be nonrefundable, non-creditable and fully earned upon such achievement of the applicable milestone event:

Milestones. Sunesis shall notify Millennium within ten (10) business days after the first achievement by a PDK Product of each of the following milestone events, and shall pay to Millennium the following amounts within thirty (30) days following the first achievement of each such event by Sunesis or its Affiliates or Sublicensees:

Commercial Milestones. Subject to [Section 6.6.1] with respect to Alternative Products, Vertex will pay CRISPR the milestone payments set forth in this [Section 6.2.2] with respect to the first achievement by Vertex or any of its Affiliates or Sublicensees of the applicable milestone event with respect to a Product. Each milestone payment set forth below is payable only once, regardless of the number of Products that achieve the relevant milestone event or the number of times a given Product achieves such milestone event such that, # ​, and # ​.

Commercial Milestones. Betta will pay to [[Agenus:Organization]] each of the applicable Commercialization Milestone Payments in this [Section 7.3(b)] upon the first time that the annual Net Sales of all Licensed Products in the Territory (the “Annual Net Sales”) during the Term achieves the thresholds set forth below (collectively, the “Commercial Milestones”):

In partial consideration of the rights granted by [[AstraZeneca:Organization]] to Licensee hereunder, Licensee shall pay to [[AstraZeneca:Organization]] the following non-refundable and non-creditable commercial milestone in accordance with [Section 4.2.4] (Invoicing and Payment) after the first achievement or occurrence of each of the following commercial milestone events is achieved by Licensee or any of its Affiliates or its or their Sublicensees with respect to a Licensed Product (each such milestone event, a “Commercial Milestone Event,” and each such milestone payment, a “Commercial Milestone Payment”). If in a given Calendar Year more than one Commercial Milestone Events are achieved, Licensee shall pay to [[AstraZeneca:Organization]] a separate Commercial Milestone Payment with respect to each Commercial Milestone Event achieved.
