all direct or contingent obligations of such Person arising under letters of credit (including standby and commercial), bankers’ acceptances, bank guaranties, surety bonds and similar instruments;

all reimbursement obligations of such Person in respect of letters of credit, bankers’ acceptances, bank guarantees, surety bonds or similar instruments which are issued upon the application of such Person or upon which such Person is an account party;

all obligations, contingent or otherwise, of any such Person relative to the face amount of letters of credit, whether or not drawn, including, without limitation, any Reimbursement Obligation, and banker’s acceptances issued for the account of any such Person;

the maximum amount (after giving effect to any prior drawings or reductions which may have been reimbursed) of all obligations of such Person arising under letters of credit (including standby and commercial), of bankers’ acceptances, bank guaranties, surety bonds, performance bonds and similar instruments issued or created by or for the account of such Person;
