all direct or contingent obligations of such Person arising under letters of credit (including standby and commercial), bankers’ acceptances, bank guaranties, surety bonds and similar instruments;

all direct or contingentreimbursement obligations of such Person arising underin respect of letters of credit (including standby and commercial), bankers’credit, bankers’ acceptances, bank guaranties,guarantees, surety bonds andor similar instruments;instruments which are issued upon the application of such Person or upon which such Person is an account party;

all directobligations, contingent or contingent obligationsotherwise, of any such Person arising underrelative to the face amount of letters of credit (including standbycredit, whether or not drawn, including, without limitation, any Reimbursement Obligation, and commercial), bankers’ acceptances, bank guaranties, surety bonds and similar instruments;banker’s acceptances issued for the account of any such Person;

all directthe maximum amount (after giving effect to any prior drawings or contingentreductions which may have been reimbursed) of all obligations of such Person arising under letters of credit (including standby and commercial), of bankers’ acceptances, bank guaranties, surety bonds, performance bonds and similar instruments;instruments issued or created by or for the account of such Person;
