“Combination Product” shall mean any Licensed Product sold or used in combination with one or more other therapeutically active ingredients which are not Licensed Products.

“Combination Product” shall meanmeans any Licensed Product soldproduct, process or used in combination withservice which incorporates one or more other therapeutically active ingredients which are notingredients, other than a Licensed Products.Compound, in combination or co-formulation, regardless whether administered separately or together, with a Licensed Compound.

“Combination Product” shall mean anymeans a Licensed Product soldthat is comprised of or used in combinationcontains a Licensed Compound as an active ingredient together with one (1) or more other therapeutically active ingredients which are not Licensed Products.and is sold either as a fixed dose or as separate doses as one (1) product.

“Combination Product” shall mean anya Licensed Product soldwhich includes one or usedmore active ingredients, other than Licensed Compound, in combination with one or more other therapeutically active ingredients which are not Licensed Products.Compound. All references to Licensed Product in this Agreement shall be deemed to include Combination Product.

“Combination Product” shall mean anymeans a product that is a combination of a Licensed Product sold together with another biologically active compound(s) or used in combination with oneanother biologically active ingredient(s) (such other compound or more other therapeutically active ingredients which are not Licensed Products.ingredient, the “Other Product”) for a single invoiced price.
